WHAT IS A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT?
Our awesome client, a leading Merchandising company based in US is looking for a/an Production Support Associate to be part of their marketing and sales team.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
* Assisting the team to manage our portfolio of 50+ partners (land partners, cleaning / maintenance partners etc) and properties, all in rurual area’s.
* Liaising with land partners, housekeepers and tradespeople to manage cleaning, inventory, maintenance, upgrades/refurbishments and deployment of tiny houses to new locations.
* Recruit local housekeepers, review and troubleshoot services and maintenance essential to the seamless running of the houses, all in rural locations.
* Work alongside the Customer Support Team to provide information and assistance to guests on location.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
* Have strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with partners from all walks of life
* Superior prioritisation skills to effectively manage a varied, fast-paced and demanding workload
* The ability to coordinate and prioritise competing projects/tasks; anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions as they arise
* Open to learning about the key equipment and technology required to operate off-grid accommodation
* Have project management and / or operational experience in events, hospitality, travel, or similar industries
* Enjoy problem solving and working at pace
* Be a quick learner, agile-minded and have an enthusiastic can-do mindset
* Genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
* Relevant operations and relationship management experience in events, travel, hospitality or similarly fast-paced industries
* Available to work evenings, weekends and holiday periods when required
* Project management experience highly regarded
* Experience managing properties preferred but not essential
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 3+ years AU experience in events, travel, or hospitality.
· Amenable to work on a shiftin day schedule
· Excellent knowledge in AU geography
· MS Suite experience is a must
