We work for clients like the Van Gogh Museum, Heineken Experience, the Dutch Grand Prix and Tomorrowland, and are looking to expand that portfolio of partners.
To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for an **Business Development Executive **to strengthen our Sales team in Spain.
Location: Madrid, Spain.
**What you’ll do**
We enable a lot of freedom, support and guidance for you to run your sales activities to ensure results are delivered.
You will collaborate cross functional and work closely together with your - international - sales colleagues.
In addition to these activities, you are mainly concerned with:
- Create and execute a go-to-market plan for Spanish cultural ticketing market;
- Working closely together with the Country Manager and Sales Manager Museums & Parcs
- Organize (online) demo’s and meetings to help customers during the education phase;
- Building a sustainable sales pipeline;
- Use our CRM (Salesforce) as your friend and keep it up to date so that it can guide you along the way;
- Attending relevant sales events and congresses.
**What you offer**
- Bachelor’s degree in preferably a commercial direction;
- Minimum of 5 years’ Commercial experience in the SaaS industry and Cloud solutions. Experience in the online ticketing software or POS systems is a huge pre
- Proven track record in sales achievements (closing deals);
- You have an affinity with the cultural sector and a network within the museums and attractions market is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in Spanish and English is strongly preferred;
- Outstanding closing and convincing skills;
- Experience in an international working environment is a preferred;
- Availability: full time.

We provide messaging and voice channels, such as SMS, Over The Top (OTT) (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Apple Business Chat, Google RCS, Facebook Messenger, and Viber), Voice API and SIP. These messaging channels can be combined with cloud platform features, like Ticketing, eSignature, Customer Contact, identity services and a Customer Data Platform.
