We specialize in research, development, production, sales, and services of EV charging stations, energy storage systems, microgrid systems, and energy management systems.Our core business focuses on EV Charging solutions, with an expanding Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage (C&I ESS) portfolio designed to support the evolving needs of the energy transition.In 2025, we established Gresgying Digital Technology Germany GmbH in Dusseldorf to support our growing European business. Our goal is to build strong local teams across Europe and develop long-term partnerships with local customers and operators.As our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our C&I energy storage solutions in the region.Sales PerformanceAchieve assigned regional sales targets including contract value and revenue collection.Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.Promote and sell EV charging solutions and Commercial & Industrial ESS products.Manage pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and project profitability.Develop and maintain relationships with key customers including CPOs, EPC companies, energy companies, and distributors.Ensure a professional customer experience from initial contact through project delivery.Work closely with internal teams including technical support, product management, logistics, and after-sales service to support project execution.Coordinate internal resources to support large projects and public tenders.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related fields.At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or energy infrastructure industries.Experience in solution-based sales, managing complex projects rather than standardized products.Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.Candidates must already have legal residence and work authorization in the EU.
