RIC Energy, a leading company in the renewable energy sector with a presence on four continents, is pioneering the shift towards a sustainable future. We are seeking passionate individuals in Energy Sales to contribute to our transition to become an independent energy producer (IPP).
Your Mission:
As an Energy Sales Manager, you will partner with industrial players and corporations in Southern Europe to understand their energy requirements and provide them with carbon-free energy solutions.
What will you do?
* Customer origination and relationship management for energy (power and gas) sales.
* Liaise with brokers, advisors, and marketplace platforms.
* Develop market intelligence, assess customer needs, and identify opportunities.
* Lead multi-functional teams in defining and structuring energy products.
* Respond to RFPs and negotiate Power/Biomethane Purchase Agreements (PPA/BPA) and Framework Agreements.
* Coordinate transaction confirmation and derivatives registration on EMIR/REMIT.
* Report sales operations KPIs.
What are we looking for?
* At least 5 years of sales operations experience in commodities or finance sectors.
* Deep knowledge of energy and derivatives markets such as MIBEL, MIBGAS, OMIP, EEX.
* Experience in preparing reports and executive presentations.
* Basic financial or commodities trading knowledge.
* Excellent commercial, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with financial models.
* Advanced English proficiency; Italian language skills are a plus.
