As a Junior Business Development Representative, you'll support our expansion in the local market. Positioned at the early stage of the sales funnel, your primary focus will be on lead generation and outreach, laying the groundwork for client engagement and supporting the broader Sales and BDR teams. Your responsibilities include:
Generating and qualifying leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, following up on inbound and marketing inquiries to maintain a strong sales pipeline.Conducting discovery calls to identify prospects' needs, align solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team, ensuring proper documentation.Nurturing prospects with tailored messaging to build trust and foster long-term relationships.Collaborating with Sales leadership to define target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and prospecting strategies within prioritized industries.Maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for reporting and pipeline management.Gradually developing commercial skills and taking ownership of a small pipeline, progressing toward a full-cycle Business Development role based on performance.Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales outreach or call center roles;
EdTech experience is a strong plus.Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using CRM tools and MS Office 365.Collaborative attitude, comfortable working closely with Sales and Account Management teams.Genuine enthusiasm for EdTech or corporate training and a desire to grow in consultative sales.What We Offer
