Overview Senior Product Specialist – Cooling Sector. The team you will be a part of the Product Management Team in Spain, working closely with the Marketing Director, Sales teams, and regional stakeholders to drive product strategy, competitiveness, and market share growth within the MDA category.Responsibilities Define and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market share targetsConduct market and competitor analysis, including pricing, product features, and positioning benchmarksMonitor market trends through GfK reports, e-commerce analysis, and retail research (online and in-store)Collaborate with Marketing Director, Sales, and regional teams to optimize product range and profitabilitySupport new product introductions (NPI), including setup, launch coordination, and lifecycle managementEnsure all products comply with legal and regulatory requirements (CE marking, safety standards, documentation)Prepare and deliver product presentations, training materials, and sales support documentationManage product data and updates across internal systems (e.G., SAP, Teamcenter) and support cross-functional communicationMinimum requirements Fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken)2-3 years of experience in Product Management or related rolesStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Preferred skills and experiences Experience in the Home Appliances (MDA) industry or similar sectorsKnowledge of SAP, GfK tools, or other market intelligence platformsUnderstanding of product regulations (CE marking, safety standards, labeling requirements)Experience in market research, segmentation, and pricing strategiesBasic project management knowledge and cross-functional collaboration experienceWhat we offer Opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environmentExposure to cross-functional teams and regional stakeholdersCareer development within Product Management and MarketingCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from homeAdditional information The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and coordination across multiple departments.
