* Implement user provisioning and access workflows
* Configure IT Shop requests, approvals, and email templates
* Support access reviews and attestations
* Create and maintain reports and report subscriptions
* Design and update UI forms using Web Designer
* Monitor and manage the Job Queue and DBQueue
