Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager – Spain to drive business development and sales growth within the Spanish market.
This role focuses on building local partnerships, expanding customer base, and supporting long-term market development in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies for the Spain market
* Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and fleet operators
* Manage the full sales cycle, including tender participation and contract negotiation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and local partners
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Spain
* Support marketing activities such as industry events, exhibitions, and product promotion
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored mobility solutions
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* 3–5 years of sales experience in Spain
* Industry background in bus, coach, commercial vehicles, or construction machinery is highly preferred
* Familiarity with local market dynamics, public tenders, or fleet sales
* Strong skills in B2B sales, negotiation, and account management
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work remotely
* Fluent in Spanish and English
