Job Description
* Manage day‑to‑day bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
* Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs that align with our brand and guest preferences
* Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
* Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create cohesive dining experiences
* Monitor and analyze bar performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve profitability
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
* Organize and oversee special events and promotions to drive bar revenue
* Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into bar offerings and practices
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in bar management or a related role, preferably in a high‑end hospitality environment
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
* Relevant bartending or mixology certifications (e.g., WSET, BarSmarts) are a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and beverage trends, including Spanish wines and spirits
* Proficiency in bar operations, mixology, and food and beverage pairing
* Experience with inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
* Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software
* Proven ability to create and implement innovative drink menus
* Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is highly advantageous
