Responsibilities
* You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction, become a trusted advisor, and provide feedback and insights from customers/partners. You will be the Voice of Customer, sharing insights and best practices, connecting with Global Security teams at Microsoft, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence the solution roadmap.
* You will develop an end-to-end value proposition for Security (e.g., Zero Trust), covering the breadth of Microsoft Security offerings, with a focus on Data Security, especially Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, and Data Governance.
* You will support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle—planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization—driving the utilization of Microsoft security products. You will lead technical solutioning and nurturing across the customer journey.
* You will deliver technical presentations and demos, propose high-level solutions, and collaborate with Microsoft and Partner resources to drive deployment and customer adoption. You will identify cross-sell, upsell, and unified opportunities through customer engagement.
* You will align your skills with team and Customer Success goals to accelerate customer outcomes. You will share expertise, contribute to IP creation and reuse to enhance customer success.
* You will run Architectural Design Sessions to plan solution implementation, ensuring the design aligns with customer business goals and technical environment. The outcome is consensus on the solution design and next steps toward production.
* You will collaborate and coordinate with other Cloud Solution Architects, FastTrack, partners, and Microsoft Consulting to develop complex end-to-end enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Security platform.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, along with experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, or software.
* Experience in a customer-facing role and working on technical projects.
* Technical Certification in Cloud.
* Knowledge in Threat protection, SIEM, Incident Response, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Security Operations Center Management, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Security, Data Security.
* Preferred certifications include: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications: SC-400, SC-100, SC-900.
