If you are eager to work in an inspiring, dynamic environment and collaborate with like-minded people, we want to hear from you! /ppbABOUT THE ROLE /b /ppThe role of Business Development Director is to grow the business across the region, taking charge of building relationships and business opportunities with key customers, mostly international mobile operators with strong foothold in the European market. This position is key to our organization and gives the opportunity to sit in the driving seat of our business growth, making a tremendous impact on the overall trajectory of Mondia in this region. /ppbResponsibilities include: /b /polliDevelop, implement and own a customer-centric business development and market growth strategy for increasing sales and profits; ensuring consistent, profitable growth in revenue. /liliGenerate new business, identifying and developing new customers, and meeting with clients to close deals. /liliGenerate revenue across all verticals of our business, handling the entire sales life cycle. /liliIdentify and set ambitious revenue targets for the region, accomplishing short and long-term results through achievement of KPIs. /liliDevelop and cultivate deep relationships with senior management at clients’ Business Unit Head and C-level to upsell new solutions and to seek better revenue/margin realization. /liliIdentify and understand trends within client departments, the overall industry and competition. /liliProactively provide smart client research and industry specific information. /liliPipeline and Revenue management/forecasting on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and quarterly). /liliEffectively collaborate with internal and external customers on business-related support activities, e.g. design and implementation of differentiated and profitable solutions, troubleshooting/issue resolution. /liliAct as a Brand Ambassador and represent the company at community events and other business-related meetings, promoting the company products and services. /liliAttracting, developing and retaining Rockstar talent to support local commercial operations once the business has grown sufficiently. /li /olpbRequirements /b /ppThe ideal candidate will be an exceptionally dynamic and driven individual with an extensive and autonomous approach to business development. They would also be focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment and mobile payment industries would be at a distinct advantage. /ppbOther qualifications include: /b /polliProven track record of Business Development experience, ideally within a Digital Content/Technology, Information Service Provider or Mobile Digital Entertainment/Payments organization. /liliExcellent network of contacts within the Telecom Operator landscape across Europe especially Germany, France, Spain and the UK. /liliBackground in digital technologies, Video, Games, payments or programmatic platforms would be an additional benefit. /liliStrong communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling and ability to influence and articulate a value proposition based on client understanding of the business. /liliA proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution. /liliExcellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of revenue forecasting and managing PL reporting. /liliAbility to travel regionally and internationally. /li /olpbBenefits /b /polliHybrid Office - 13 WFH days per quarter. /liliLunch vouchers. /liliFlat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. /liliCooperation in a highly motivated, young, international team spread across 3 continents. /liliAn attractive location in a creative and modern office in Madrid. /li /ol #J-18808-Ljbffr
