Position Summary
In this position, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value of our digital assets. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of corporate knowledge, leveraging advanced technologies to streamline information sharing across our European operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Curate and organize corporate content to ensure the highest standards of quality and accessibility.
- Define and manage document management frameworks, including tagging schemes and classification structures.
- Oversee technical documentation from initial release to end-of-life, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Senior Leadership to validate content and address knowledge gaps.
Skills and Qualifications
- University Degree in Library and Information Science, Documentation, Philosophy, or a related field with a focus on content categorization.
- Minimum of 3 years in a corporate environment or the publishing sector, with a proven track record in organizing complex content structures.
- Strong "hands-on" approach with the ability to manage end-to-end processes. Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
