We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role will be based in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana). This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Sales Executive, you will be focused on designing and delivering innovative risk management solutions and providing excellent client service.
As a member of Marsh, a general leader in insurance brokerage and risk management, you will combine local market knowledge with international support and reach necessary to help organizations tackle complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic actions such as outbound calls, on-site client visits and attendance at networking events.
Collaborate with internal specialists to design high-value proposals that address clients’ needs.
Lead, together with the Account Manager, negotiation processes, contract preparation and deal closures, ensuring compliance with company policies and objectives.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the team’s growth.
Stay up to date on our products and services and clearly communicate their value proposition to current and prospective clients.
What you need to have
Proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
High level of English and Spanish.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
