We are a very Agile team that uses Scrum and common sense to assist in development. /pulliLearn our Gaming System and underlying business model/processes /liliProvide high quality 3rd line Technical Support for Gaming System to our Customer Support Team, or to our Central Gaming or to our Partners and Engineers in multiple locations (Developers, DevOps, QAs etc.) /liliParticipate in regular configurations of Gaming System /liliCommunicate with providers/business clarifying operational requirements/conditions /li /ulbWhat are we looking for? /bulliExpertise in technical support, particular across 3rd line support to fix complex and challenging issues with our product /liliKnowledge across backend engineering, particularly with C# .NET, microservices and cloud based development /liliFrontend engineering skills, especially with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture /liliExperience of working with QA Engineers and understanding of manual and automation testing /liliUnderstand of Agile and Scrum methodologies /li /ulbThe WOW /bpOur Gaming platform is the core of everything we do.
