*Job Description*
We are currently seeking a Talent Officer to join our team at Mantu. This is an opportunity for individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level within a dynamic and international consulting group.
Your missions
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on roles within the corporate sector.
* Handle high volume recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
* Leverage your knowledge and experience in corporate recruitment to source top-tier candidates.
* Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
* Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media networks, job boards, referrals etc., to attract potential candidates.
* Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) for continuous improvement of recruiting operations.
Your profile
* You have proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role, hr or business, could be a plus
* You have fluent verbal and written skills in French and English.
* You have demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish.
* You possess excellent communication skills which help build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
* You are highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
* Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time.
* You are based in Medellin and open for a hybrid work model or if you are in a different city, you must be open to relocate.
* Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
