Position: Junior Data Analyst

As part of the Insud Pharma group, Chemo plays a key role across the pharmaceutical value chain, with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the Business Development & Portfolio team, helping analyze data and strategic information to identify, assess, and prioritise new product opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Support the collection, organisation, and analysis of market, competitor, and internal data.
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, metrics, benchmarks, and dashboards.
* Help structure, clean, and transform data for analysis.
* Contribute to quantitative analyses aimed at identifying product opportunities and market trends.
* Support the generation of insights for the Portfolio and Business Development teams.
* Work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into useful analyses.
* Learn and progressively develop automation and data analysis capabilities within the team.
Qualifications
* Recently completed — or nearly completed — a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
* Foundational knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
* Interest in applying data analysis to business decisions.
* Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work with non-technical stakeholders.
* English proficiency sufficient for an international environment.
Additional Desired Skills
* Knowledge of visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Experience with academic or personal projects related to data analysis.
* Interest in the pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries.
* Basic understanding of automation, ETL, or data preparation processes.
* Genuine interest in combining data, business, and strategy.
