The Site Initiative Leader (SIL) is the site‑level project owner responsible for the execution and delivery of new initiatives at the Granollers site, ensuring on‑time, in‑full delivery across quality, cost, and scope through strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Site Initiative Leader, you play a critical role in leading the end‑to‑end execution of new initiatives after handover from the Global Initiative Leader (GIL), coordinating supply chain and technical stakeholders to deliver projects on time, at cost, and at quality.
You will be reporting to the Site Initiative Manager, and you will manage:
1. Project execution & delivery:
* Lead all new initiative executions after handover from GIL
* Ensure quality, cost, quantity, on‑time and in‑full delivery
* Align, build, and follow up the Critical Path Schedule (CPS)
* Track project status and innovation KPIs into the local scorecard
2. Stakeholder coordination & governance:
* Act as the primary site point of contact for innovation and strategic projects
* Organize and lead kick‑off meetings, execution meetings, and key touchpoints
* Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, Packaging, Formula, Procurement, Planning Hub, and GIL
3. Problem‑solving & continuous improvement:
* Build and drive action plans for supply chain issues during project execution
* Own problem‑solving and activate the alert process when issues cannot be mitigated
* Perform loss analysis and continuously optimize processes and tools
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a senior project leader in a supply chain environment, you thrive in a fast‑paced and cross‑functional industrial setting. You are results‑driven, accountable, and able to lead through influence without direct people management.
* Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business Administration, or similar)
* At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Project Management
* Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is mandatory
* Experience working with SAP and MS Project
* Strong organizational, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
* Ability to motivate and enable high performance through collaboration
* Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous‑improvement mindset
