We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to take a key role on the creative side — shaping design direction, delivering high-quality interfaces, and working closely with our Creative Director on ambitious projects for international clients.
This is not a production-only role. We are looking for a designer who enjoys thinking, proposing, and improving design solutions — not just executing briefs.

Responsibilities:
WEB DESIGN
* Design stunning, interactive and functional websites based on client needs
* Implement UX/UI best practices and collaborate with the development team
* Research design trends and ensure final designs align with client briefs and brand guidelines
BRANDING
* Develop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, packaging and branded materials for merchandise
* Create graphic materials for marketing campaigns, such as Google display banners, social media visuals, newsletters, and promotional materials
WORKFLOW
* Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
* Collaboration with the Creative Director
* Work with the project manager to ensure scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
* Min 4–5 years of experience designing websites/apps with a strong focus on UX/UI
* Solid knowledge of WebFlow design
* Familiarity with Figma for design and prototype
* Strong understanding of UX principles, including wireframes, user flows, and user journeys
* Solid skills in typography, visual composition, and color
* Knowledge of Motion and 3D is a plus (e.G. Blender, After Effects, Spline, Rive, GSAP)
* B2 in English OR Spanish;
other foreign language is a plus
