Role SummaryFlowserve is looking for a technically and commercially experienced field support person (Applications Engineer / Field service Team leader). In this function you will develop solutions for customers and partners for industrial and special applications, hence familiarity with industrial environment is strongly recommended.
You will act as a product specialist in a team and work closely with the sales, engineering, development, and other specialist departments at the site.
Please note that the role requires 100% presence in Cartagena!
Your Role
Support of the defined clientele in the office
Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals
Technical and commercial preparation of offers
Order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order)
And any other duties as assigned
Field repairs assessment (maintenance)
Your Profile
Experience as an Applications Engineer or similar role such as inside Sales Representative, Engineer, including Field service, team leader.
Experience in turnarounds will be positively evaluated.
Good communication skills
Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking.
SAP knowledge experience in dealing with common MS Office applications.
BS or BA Degree in relevant field and/or 5-7 years relevant experience; degree will not be a must with a remarkable experience.
