What You’ll Do
As Procurement Category Manager - Raw Materials, you will :
* Develop and execute category strategies for raw materials, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.
* Lead negotiations for long-term supply agreements, securing competitive pricing and reliable supply.
* Manage supplier relationships through robust SRM practices, driving performance, innovation, and sustainability.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to deliver value beyond cost.
* Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for risk mitigation, cost reduction, and value creation.
* Champion sustainability and compliance, ensuring sourcing practices meet environmental, ethical, and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in procurement / category management, ideally in raw materials or chemicals.
* Industry knowledge is a preference
* Strong negotiation and contracting skills with a track record of delivering value.
* Ability to analyse market data, manage risk, and develop strategic plans.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
