About The Role
What You Will Do
- Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, job changes, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data within our HR systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance audits to support governance and decision‑making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR teams across EMEA, LATAM, Canada, and other global locations.
- Provide administrative support for HR programs, employee inquiries, and policy documentation.
What You Bring
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Modern Languages, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Comfort working in integral and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office/365; experience with HRIS tools is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to communicate in English; an additional European language is a plus.
