We are looking for an Business Analyst to join our team!
The Business Analyst for DAM solutions will ensure reliable day‐to‐day operations of digital products by owning user and access management, enforcing permission policies, and delivering L2/L3 support through ServiceNow. Act as the first line for incident and demand triage, performing root‐cause analysis and driving timely resolution while maintaining clear, audit‐ready documentation in Confluence and process records in SharePoint. Partner with Product Owners, engineering and stakeholders to prioritize fixes and incremental improvements informed by user feedback
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Manage user administration, including periodic user checks and deletion routines in line with company regulations.
* Maintain up‐to‐date process documentation and records in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
* Handle incoming demands and incidents up to 3rd level, ensuring scope clarification, stakeholder communication, and closure or technical implementation.
* Perform root‐cause analysis (RCA) on product incidents and user requests; implement corrective and preventive actions to protect user satisfaction.
* Plan, schedule, and lead meetings with relevant counterparts to coordinate resolution, decisions, and follow‐ups.
* Execute annual compliance checks, including required documentation and mitigation activities; keep audit trails current.
* Plan and manage end‐to‐end integration testing for new or changed interfaces; validate outcomes against acceptance criteria.
* Gather and synthesize customer inquiries and feedback to propose improvements and identify new feature opportunities.
* Coordinate with external suppliers in alignment with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and deliver agreed outcomes.
* Facilitate cross‐functional communication between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering; participate in follow‐ups.
* Prepare and deliver trainings and how‐to materials for end users and key users.
* Prepare and present a monthly report with analysis of transfers and error trends, highlighting risks, improvements, and actions.
* Maintain a documented backup and coverage plan for critical activities to protect continuity
Education
* Preferred Bachelor degree in IT (Computer Science, IT Engineer, Business Informatics or Mathematics). Alternatively Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Languages:
* Fluent English (B2-C1) mandatory
* German is a plus
* Additional languages are an advantage
Technical knowledge
* ServiceNow (administration, ticket handling, demand workflows) and SharePoint (process documentation).
* Confluence (knowledge management and structured documentation) and Jira/Asana (work planning, dashboards, reporting).
* Marmind Flow UI is a plus (transfer monitoring, error pattern recognition, retrigger logic).
* E2E integration testing and UAT approaches; Software Development Life Cycle fundamentals.
* DAM ecosystem familiarity.
* Knowledge of SaaS marketing solutions.
Experience
* 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Demand Manager in digital products or similar role within Digital Marketing IT departments.
* Hands‐on experience with incident/demand management up to L3, supplier coordination, and multi‐stakeholder delivery.
* Proven track record preparing and executing UAT/E2E testing with clear, audit‐ready documentation
Travel Availability
* Availability to travel internationally (~5%)
