We’re looking for:
Marketing Manager (Germany)
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager to oversee planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives in Germany. If you enjoy a start-up spirit, understand the German market, and want to unleash your creativity, apply today! This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for the German market.
* Localise and deploy marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Manage all marketing operations across the country to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.
* Ensure maximum traffic conversion and drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
* Monitor trends in the German health-tech market and support market research efforts.
* Localise, develop, and coordinate promotional campaigns across all channels (digital, press, TV, social media).
* Collaborate with the PR/influencers team to build our online community.
* Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Proven experience in a similar role within a large-scale start-up, ideally in health-tech.
* Strong understanding of the German market.
* Ability to implement marketing techniques across digital and non-digital channels.
* Creative and analytical mindset.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, ownership mentality, and comfort in lean environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
