Account Manager – Cataluña

Responsibilities

- Achieve sales budget and collaborate with company targets.
- Develop knowledge of customers, opinion leaders, and competitors to create awareness of Wound MHC products and the company’s market leader position.
- Identify business opportunities across all market segments: Acute care, Home care, and integrated protocols.
- Establish connections between Acute and Home care to drive sales across the territory.
- Support Clinical and Marketing Departments in influencing technical specifications for Safetac technology in regional and local tenders.
- Identify key decision makers in regional tenders (Key Opinion Leaders, Technical Commission, Regional Purchase Department advisors, users, etc.) to secure positive decisions for Wound MHC products.
- Oversee field follow‑up of regional tenders throughout all stages.
- Manage procedures related to the Integrated Management System in the area.
- Spot the best business opportunities in every tender position.
- Communicate product offers through visits, group meetings, and presentations.
- Promote the Wound product range to nurses, doctors, surgeons, and purchasing departments in hospitals.
- Create and maintain a high‑quality Wound Contact Person database.
- Segment and target customers on a half‑yearly basis.
- Provide market view information for the sales area.

Qualifications

- Sales skills with 2‑3 years of sales experience.
- Product and competitor knowledge (tested in an introduction training program).
- Strong educational background, negotiation skills, and planning ability for a technical selling approach.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Motivated to join a dynamic, leading healthcare company.
