Mission
Deliver customer satisfaction by ensuring quality, cost, delivery, safety, and environmental standards, while maintaining key certifications and supporting Lear’s Safety First culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve quality performance.
• Support audits and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Ensure product and process conformity with safety requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Technical background in Quality, Calibration, or Engineering .
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 .
• Experience in supplier and customer quality processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
