You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting to the Group HQ in Europe, ensuring that financial statements, KPIs and business information are accurate, consistent and delivered on time. /ppbr/ppYou will work with consolidation and reporting tools such as Tagetik, support IFRS reporting, manage IFRS 16 lease reporting through Planon, and help improve the quality and efficiency of financial processes. /ppbr/ppThis is a hands-on role with strong exposure to Group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Capex follow-up, financial integration of acquired companies, and business cases for strategic decisions. /ppbr/ppstrongKey responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulliPrepare monthly financial reporting to Group HQ, including financial statements and financial/non-financial KPIs /liliEnsure reporting is completed under IFRS GAAP and aligned with local accounting standards /liliManage IFRS 16 lease reporting, including contract updates, changes and reporting impacts /liliMaintain and improve reporting processes in Tagetik /liliBuild and update financial models and dashboards in Power BI. /liliSupport the annual budget and recurring forecast process. /liliContribute to Capex reporting and investment tracking. /liliSupport business cases, ROI analysis and feasibility studies for new openings. /liliHelp integrate newly acquired companies into Group reporting standards. /liliPrepare executive presentations for Group HQ. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve, automate and simplify finance and reporting processes. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we are looking for /strong /ppbr/pulliDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance or similar /liliAt least 3 years of experience in financial audit, controlling or financial reporting /liliAdvanced English /liliStrong Excel skills and good analytical ability /liliKnowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 16 /liliExperience with consolidation tools such as Tagetik will be highly valued /liliExperience with lease management tools such as Planon will be a plus /liliPower BI knowledge will be valued /liliInterest in using AI tools in finance to improve reporting quality, automation and efficiency /liliAbility to work with different information systems and adapt quickly /liliProactive mindset, attention to detail and strong focus on continuous improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppEmail: /p
