PbTikTok Shop Manager /b /ppbr/ppShop or Two scales DTC brands on TikTok Shop across the US, EU, and UK. /ppbr/ppWe are hiring a bTikTok Shop Manager /b to own client shops end-to-end. /ppbr/ppThis is a hybrid skill set. You drive GMV like a performance marketer. You build creator and content programs like a strategist. /ppbr/ppYou will manage multiple client shops at once. You set the strategy, run the campaigns, and report the numbers. /ppbr/ppThis is a high-ownership role with real room to grow. The right person will help shape how our TikTok Shop function runs — and, with the right experience, lead it as the team scales. /ppbr/ppbWhat you’ll do /b /ppbr/ppShop strategy ownership /pp- Own the TikTok Shop strategy for each assigned client. /pp- Set weekly and monthly GMV and conversion targets. /pp- Track the TikTok Shop ecosystem: new features, algorithm shifts, seller incentives, affiliate trends. /pp- Act as the main TikTok Shop point of contact for your clients. /ppbr/ppStorefront product /pp- Optimize product listings, bundles, and pricing for discovery and conversion. /pp- Maintain storefront layout, pinned videos, cross-sells, and anchor content per SKU. /pp- Run promotions: flash deals, shop-only discounts, and creator incentives. /pp- Keep shop health clean: connector syncing, product status, shipping cadence, policy compliance. /ppbr/ppCampaigns GMV /pp- Launch and manage campaigns, from planned drops to fast viral reactions. /pp- Monitor GMV daily. Respond in real time to trends, velocity, and stock. /pp- Use Spark Ads, Creator Marketplace, and affiliate tools to amplify what works. /pp- Plan and run live shopping events and time-sensitive drops. /ppbr/ppCreator affiliate program /pp- Build and manage a structured affiliate network of quality creators. /pp- Handle outreach, briefing, seeding, and performance review. /pp- Script and brief shop videos with creators. /pp- Track performance by creator, category, and hook type. Adjust seeding accordingly. /ppbr/ppPerformance reporting /pp- Track CTR, CVR, AOV, CPA, refund rate, and fulfillment timing. /pp- Find performance gaps and opportunities. Iterate fast. /pp- Report results to clients and internal leads on a set cadence. /pp- Align TikTok Shop with paid media and email teams for cross-channel consistency. /ppbr/ppCross-functional tooling /pp- Work with fulfillment, ops, and support for smooth order flow. /pp- Use analytics dashboards, automation (e.g. Zapier), and AI workflows to scale. /pp- Coordinate with creative and design for on-brand content. /ppbr/ppbWhat you need /b /ppbr/ppRequired /pp- 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth. /pp- At least 1+ year hands-on with TikTok Shop. /pp- Proven track record growing GMV and optimizing storefronts. /pp- Strong knowledge of the TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop tools. /pp- Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with testing and conversion optimization. /pp- Experience managing both paid and organic TikTok strategies. /pp- Highly autonomous. Strong attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple accounts. /ppbr/ppPreferred /pp- Agency or multi-brand experience. /pp- A track record selling apparel, jewelry, or fashion on TikTok Shop. This is a big advantage. /pp- Experience running TikTok Shop via a Shopify connector. /pp- Familiarity with TikTok Shop backend tools and affiliate portals. /pp- Experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle. /pp- Comfortable working across US / EU / UK time zones. /pp- Additional language (Spanish) a plus. /pp- Experience leading a team or department.
