Adidas Global Digital User ResearchThe opportunity- We’re looking for an Associate User Experience Researcher to join our Zaragoza-based Global Digital User Research team.- The Global Digital User Research (GDUR) team at adidas is responsible for informing cross-functional stakeholders to develop high-quality product solutions and user experiences. Our focus is exploring and identifying our users’ intents and the related needs, expectations, and desires. These efforts culminate in valid, reliable, and objective insights for our teams. Our output is confidence—confidence in the decision to be made and certainty in the actions to be taken.- As an Associate User Experience Researcher, you will work closely with Product Owners and UX Designers to guide every step of the product development process through user insights. We’re looking for people who feel at home in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and are comfortable with context-switching across various initiatives and audiences.Key responsibilitiesExecuting small to medium-scale qualitative research projects, including usability testing, concept testing, and card sorting;
with and without supervision.Supporting larger scale user research projects.Collaborating with stakeholders:
UX designers, Product Owners, and UX writers to gather insights, build consensus around user needs, and deliver solutions.Assisting in gathering desk research and internal data exploration.Communicating research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and verbal presentations.WHO WE’RE LOOKING FORYou have >
1 year of experience as a qualitative researcher or a research-focused degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Computer Science, or related fields.You are aware of the merits and weaknesses of different qualitative research approaches such as in-depth interviews, card sorting, focus group discussions, and unmoderated user testing.You have experience managing research projects in a multidisciplinary team environment.You possess a can-do attitude, growth mindset, and eagerness to learn.You are a strong communicator and facilitator, able to tell compelling stories with insights.You value collaboration and work well within a team.Bonus points forExperience working in digital and e-commerce settings.ABOUT USAt adidas, we believe that through sport, we have the power to change lives.
