What you will do:
1. Coordinate the entire process of sourcing and managing headcount in Volotea Flight and Cabin Crew.
2. Define and supervise the recruitment, and manpower planning procedures to ensure efficient crew availability.
3. Ensure optimal utilization of crew resources, balancing efficiency, quality of life, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Develop and maintain operational and performance reports, models, and tools related to crew manpower management.
5. Lead the development of processes and systems for accurately forecasting and managing headcount.
6. Identify trends and deviations from strategy, proposing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Coordinate projects to improve workforce availability and efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders from Crew Scheduling, Operations, Training, and Human Resources.
What you will need:
8. Experience working in airline desired.
9. Experience in working with AIMS and Aviation Flight Time Limitations will be a plus.
10. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Proactive approach, continuously seeking improvement opportunities.
13. Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
14. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
