In this role, you will drive revenue growth within On-Trade channels by partnering with wholesalers and key customers to execute the commercial plan. You will operate in a dynamic, transforming market, focusing on premium portfolios and innovation while protecting core business. You’ll work cross-functionally to align activation plans, forecast demand, and optimize pricing and promotions. This position offers regional scope with regional travel and relocation options, and a strong emphasis on ownership, relationships, and data-driven decision making. • Deliver revenue targets (NSV/GP) per country financial plan
• Implement country IAP for On-Trade customers
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to influence Bacardi’s brand positioning
• Define Top Wholesaler Account Plan with activation, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize performance at On-Trade customers
• Understand customer strategy and leverage Bacardi value proposition for mutual growth
• Optimize promotions via ROI-focused planning
• Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain
• Implement pricing and commercial policy effectively
Responsabilidades
• Wholesaler sales experience preferred or experience as a Business Manager
• Strong negotiation skills
• First-hand field sales experience
• Ability to organize work independently
• Good communicator and active listener
• Empathic with ownership mindset and teamwork focus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Fluent English
