Business Development Associate Analyst – Join our Air Supply team in Barcelona to elevate our sales and operational performance. This role is for someone who excels at creating insightful dashboards, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize strategy, and integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to automate and improve processes.

What you will do
- Preparing dashboards and reporting for all types of meetings
- Analysis to support sales performance optimization for all areas
- Collaboration in bottom up budgeting process
- Permanent performance control and anticipation of related areas
- Evaluation and performance control of all gap closing measures
- Jira control and optimization
- Strong support to BI in definition and setup of necessary KPI’s and data elements
- Merge and use web oriented data (searches, visits, etc.) to create value oriented analyses like Look2Book, ranking statistics
- Frequent market comparisons (capacity variations and market share development)
- Support pricing on measures and steering
- Media Services contract evaluation and control
- Airline Marketing Fund and ad-hoc contract evaluation and control
- Creation of detailed airline incentive steering campaigns and alignment with Revenue Management
- Cover supplier ad-hoc requests
- Creation of hardcoded performance reporting set for all relevant sales teams and management
- Advertising campaign partner reporting and related productivity reports
- Develop continuously reporting intelligence
- Create valid Salesforce-, Looker Studio-, MicroStrategy- and Power BI dashboards with correct and aligned data
- Calculate employees\ ' bonus achievements and quarterly reviews based on official company KPIs
- Handover bonus related performance result information on time to Reward Manager after approval
- Frequent team performance monitoring
- Support Media Service Analysts
- Collaborate with BI to further develop eDO systems like Trading Tool and MicroStrategy integration
- Responsible for ADM, Allotment and Air Fares team in performance and opportunity analyses;
apply advanced AItechnology to improve and automate tasks and stay ahead of AI trends

- Experience in the airline business and digital advertising, especially in sales analysis and business intelligence
- Studies or professional experience in Reporting, Analysis, Business Intelligence
- Experience in online sales
- Experience in airline performance control
- Experience in/with online/offline travel agent industry
- Experience in/with airline sales support and marketing concepts
- Experience in Digital Advertising
- Experience with databases
- Advanced DWH knowledge
- Advanced CRM knowledge (Salesforce)
- Advanced Power-BI knowledge
- Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
- Advanced AI application experience and Gemini knowledge
- Advanced Looker Studio knowledge
- Advanced MicroStrategy knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly proactive, creative and analytical;
hands-on analyst with ability to teach and train internal clients
- Strong MS Office skills (including advanced Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in creating and evaluating complex business case calculations
- Fluent English;
Spanish helpful, Frenchand German are a plus
- Knowledge of airline route networks, pricing and revenue management
- Knowledge of digital advertising KPIs (CPC, CPA, CPM, CTR, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, independent and service-oriented
- Good communication and teamwork
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: familiarity with Gemini or other AI-powered tools
- Experimentation mindset and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions
- Ability to leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
- Adaptability and learning agility: quick to adapt to new AI features
