We are seeking a F&B Manager to lead the gastronomic management of a 4-star hotel, overseeing two restaurants and a lounge bar, as well as coordinating breakfasts and menus for groups and corporate clients, located in the historic center of Toledo.

Responsibilities include:
* Operational management of the hotel’s dining areas and breakfast services
* Supervision of breakfasts and fixed menus for companies and groups
* Preparation and control of budgets, income, and expenses of the department
* Stock management, purchasing, supplier relations, and cost analysis
* Team scheduling, training, and evaluation for kitchen and service staff
* Coordination with reception, events, and management for groups and special services
* Participation in menu development, wine list, and gastronomic proposals
* Development of commercial actions to boost sales and enhance the F&B area’s positioning
* Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring of new F&B staff
Minimum requirements:
* Proven experience as F&B Manager in 4-star hotels
* Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or similar
* Availability to work weekends
* English language skills
