Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Provide administrative support to office and project management teams
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and document filing
Update databases, logs, and spreadsheets as needed
Assist with general office tasks to support smooth daily operations
**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-service professional preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy—especially when assisting clients impacted by property damage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
