We're now excited to welcome a new Global Procurement Excellence Associate Director for our H&B BU! In this role you'll be responsible for driving procurement best practices, performance management, market intelligence, contract compliance, RFx governance, and technology adoption within the Business Unit (Health & Biosciences). This role acts as the key liaison between H&B sourcing teams and the central procurement teams, ensuring alignment with global policies, process standards, and strategic objectives. Additionally, in this role you will lead a global team.

Where You'll Make a DifferencePerformance & Pipeline Management
Lead BU procurement pipeline and performance management, including tracking key initiatives, benefits realization, and operational excellence KPIs, while providing tailored analytics for data‐driven decisions.
Market Intelligence
Deliver market and category intelligence on raw material trends and supply–demand dynamics.
Support cost and performance benchmarking across suppliers and regions to inform negotiation strategies.
Develop clear reports and dashboards for leadership, finance, and pricing, and maintain intelligence tools, platforms, and databases.
Contract Management & Compliance
Oversee contract authoring, approvals, metadata governance, compliance with global frameworks, and full lifecycle monitoring (coverage, spend linkage, renewals/terminations).
RFx Management
Govern the BU RFx pipeline, advising on sourcing method selection and executing RFx events to ensure adherence to standards and optimal savings/quality outcomes.
Technology Adoption & Implementation
Drive adoption and integration of the procurement tech stack, partnering with central teams and supporting digital‐change initiatives.
Risk Management
Identify and mitigate procurement and supply‐chain risks, ensure regulatory/internal controls compliance, and support audit readiness and peer‐to‐peer audits.
Coordinate mitigation actions for supply chain events impacting the BU.
What Makes You The Right Fit
Several years of experience in Procurement, Analytics, or Strategy roles (ideally min. 8+ years)
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
Fluent English language skills
Solid understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new areas.
Demonstrated ability to oversee diverse procurement activities (e.g., contract management, RFx governance, analytics, technology adoption) and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
Proven skills in driving adoption of new processes, tools, or policies, even in unfamiliar domains.
Strong capability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and develop actionable solutions—regardless of prior experience in specific analytics tools.
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to build relationships across business units, central teams, and external partners.
