Communication Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Create effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on communication plans with optimal channels.Change Management Strategy:
Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and promote change adoption and advocacy across Informatics users and stakeholders.Consultation & Business Partnership:
Partner with domain and product line leads, advise on product roadmaps, resource management, and align deployment with business cycles.Teamwork & Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows, share knowledge, and coordinate solution deployment timing.Skills:
Experience managing multimedia content creation with AI-assisted tools, including video editing.Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and leadership skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.Proactive with a solution-oriented approach.Business partnering, consulting, and understanding of emerging technologies.Ability to translate technical jargon into simple, user-facing communications.Experience with organizational change management and instructional design methodologies.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Proficiency in English.Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).At least three years of relevant experience in organizational change management.Discover the Power of IT Excellence.
