We are looking for a Junior Procurement Engineer / Buyer with 2–3 years of experience in industrial EPC/EPR projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, and proactive interaction with internal stakeholders to support project execution. brThe candidate will support procurement activities from RFQ to PO placement, ensuring compliance with project requirements, internal procedures, and schedule constraints. brKey Responsibilities brSupport procurement activities for industrial projects (EPC/EPR), including: brRFQ preparation and issuance brBid clarification and commercial alignment brSupplier comparison and recommendation brPurchase Order (PO) placement and follow-up brCoordinate closely with engineering, project management, construction, quality, and logistics teams. brWork with nominated and approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with project, technical, and commercial requirements. brManage procurement activities under short lead times and high-pressure environments. brFollow up with suppliers on: brDrawings and documentation (e.g. GAD, VDD/VDDL) brManufacturing progress and delivery dates brCommercial and contractual compliance brMaintain accurate procurement documentation and records. brSupport negotiations on commercial terms under guidance of senior buyers or procurement leads. brEnsure procurement activities align with project schedules and budget constraints. brAct as a reliable interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience brBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar. br2–3 years of experience in procurement for industrial projects, preferably EPC/EPR environments. brFamiliarity with procurement of equipment, packages, or services for industrial plants. brExperience working with technical documentation and project deliverables. brExposure to fast-track projects and multitasking environments.
