Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities
* Adapt and prepare the technical environment, advising on the most appropriate products for customer requirements
* Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
* Supervise the definition of necessary data structures and application flow diagrams to meet customer requirements
* Conduct integrated testing of complex applications
* Offer solutions to optimize performance and improve service quality
* Apply methodological approaches to problem solving and project management
* Advise on pre-sale actions and propose technical solutions
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship
* Share expertise across clients and teams to optimize service delivery
* Disseminate knowledge and contribute to reuse of best practices
* Encourage and lead technical education for development team members
* Act as a technical reference and provide coaching and mentoring
Team & Service Management
* Supervise, manage, and improve team input to ensure service quality
* Manage work pools efficiently to optimize service delivery
* Anticipate project or support issues and proactively propose alternative solutions
Business & Strategic Impact
* Identify new business opportunities within existing clients
* Promote adaptation of the system to changing business needs and technology
* Ensure profitability of assigned tasks through precise monitoring
Certifications & Expertise
* Hold relevant certifications for the role and associated technologies
