Francisco Motors, the Philippines’ pioneering Jeepney manufacturer and now a global electric and sustainable mobility company, is building a nationwide Network of Associates to accelerate the modernization of public transport, deployment of electric vehicles, digital mobility systems, and clean transport infrastructure.
We are appointing a Regional Territory Head for the Ilocos Region, based in its capital, to lead business development, partnerships, and associate expansion across the region.
Being an Associate, you are not an employee. You become our partner. You’ll be earning cuts for every sale or opportunity you bring into the ecosystem. Through our Network, you’ll help drive sustainable mobility and be rewarded for the impact you create for our country’s Jeepney Operators, Drivers, and Commuters.
This is part-time, performance-based work with no fixed allowance. However, the earning potential is significant, and more importantly, you will be directly contributing to the modernization of our country’s transportation system.
Role Overview
Lead all Francisco Motors business development and partnerships in the Ilocos Region. Build and manage the regional Network of Associates and drive deployment of Francisco Motors EVs, transport programs, and strategic partnerships.

* Represent Francisco Motors across the Ilocos Region
* Build partnerships with co-ops, LGUs, companies, and other organizations
* Recruit and lead regional Business Development Associates
* Drive vehicle deployment, platform adoption, and regional growth
* Coordinate with national leadership on targets and execution
