Marketing Support Intern
Minimum required Education: High School Diploma plus active student status or enrollment at a university or college.
Minimum required Experience: No prior experience required.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Support Intern, you will support the Marketing team in the smooth and timely execution of daily activities, contributing to well‑delivered product launches, shopper initiatives and PR actions. Your support helps ensure accuracy, consistency and operational excellence across marketing materials, promotions and retail execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Shopper Excellence and PR teams.
- Assist with promotional calendar updates, product detail page (PDP) reviews and point‑of‑sale (POS) coordination.
- Support product launches through packaging checks, instruction translations, sample follow‑ups.
- Help with shopper marketing activities such as promotional Excel calendars, POS materials and PDPs.
- Coordinate PR support including product shipments and social media coordination.
Qualifications
- Experience: You are a student or recent graduate looking for your first professional experience in Marketing, Shopper Marketing or PR. Any prior internship or academic project is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: You are organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, have a positive attitude, are willing to support different tasks, and are fluent in English.
- Education: You are currently studying or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field (a plus, not a requirement).
- Other: You are comfortable using basic office tools, especially Excel, enjoy working in a team, and are curious about how marketing operates in a multinational, consumer‑centric environment.
Working Arrangement
This role is an office role. For our office‑based teams we expect working in person at least three days per week.
