Overview Partner Support Representative (English-speaking) – Hybrid – High Tech Industry HC05

What you will do in this role Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations, keyword gap analysis, and partner onsite search recommendations
Content auditing — 1st pass review of online audit results; perform quality checks and provide feedback to the audit agency as required
Highlight key gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports
Share best practices and provide training to partners
Participate in the syndication partner onboarding process
Identify bugs, content gaps, delivery delays, and provide feedback to internal teams
Monitor use of etail toolkit execution and drive timely NPI execution
First-line support for content queries
Local language translation checks on content and keyword optimization
Track improvements and optimizations; provide ROI estimations
Ratings & Reviews landscape mapping and best-practice sharing
Partner KPI dashboard review
KPI analysis and optimization recommendations
Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
Track overall digital business plan execution as requested

Proficient or bilingual in English
Good knowledge of IT and preferably storage environments
University degree in marketing, ecommerce, or business administration preferred; other degrees considered
Minimum one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
Excellent negotiation, management, and strong communication skills (verbal & written); good presentation skills
Good computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.)
Drive to achieve goals; team collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization

What’s In It For You Full-time, permanent 39 hours/week contract: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00
Salary 19,000 euros gross/year + up to 3,500 euros gross/year in bonus and private medical insurance
