Responsibilities
* Account Growth & Client Success
* Drive Expansion Revenue: Generate a minimum of 2 expansion opportunities per account per quarter through strategic relationship building and consultative selling
* Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-suite relationships, conducting monthly business reviews and positioning as an AI transformation advisor
* Account Strategy: Develop comprehensive account plans for 3-5 client portfolios, including quarterly strategic reviews and competitive positioning
* Project Delivery Excellence
* End-to-End Project Leadership: Own complete project lifecycle ensuring delivery of business outcomes while maintaining >
