What will you do?
1. Identify and engage potential co-hosts in targeted locations through outbound outreach
2. Educate prospects on program value, market trends, and opportunities
3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
4. Deliver consultative sales pitches and guide candidates through onboarding
5. Support the matching and onboarding process between hosts and co-hosts
6. Manage leads and track progress using CRM systems such as Salesforce
7. Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, acquisition, and engagement
8. Provide insights and recommendations based on client interactions and market feedback
9. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive results
10. Participate in continuous training and development initiatives
Candidate profile
11. 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles
12. Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English
13. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
14. Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a performance-driven environment
15. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
16. Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus
17. Background in hospitality, property management, or similar industries is advantageous
18. Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
19. High level of professionalism and attention to detail
20. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
