¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Multinational company in the industrial and infrastructure sectors based in the northern area of Madrid.¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.- Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.- Effectively document audit working papers, databases, and support documentation into the TeamMate System.- Conduct risk assessments and controls of business processes/activities.- Design and perform internal audit tests, using analytics tools/concepts, to identify situations that may impact the business, providing recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.- Responsible for performing reviews in accordance with Internal Audit professional standards and operating rules.- Conduct interviews with representatives of audited areas and process owners.- Perform regular meetings with GRC (Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management) to optimize the synergy between governance areas.- Support daily activities of auditors assigned to assist the project.- Discuss and validate the observations/findings with upper management and representatives of the audited areas.- Elaborate the audit report (power point) with the main findings, ratings of the issues, and audit recommendations.- Evaluate the effectiveness of the action plans implemented by the business owners.- Provide a proper support and training for the other auditors. (Internal and third parties)- Support the Internal Audit Manager in the Forensics Investigations.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration or related field- At least 4 years of previous experience.- Previous experience in audit firms such as the Big Four, Mazars, Grant Thornton, or BDO.- Demonstrated previous experience in process auditing and risk identification, ensuring the ability to assess control environments and evaluate operational effectiveness at a high professional standard.- Highly valued previous experience with SAP (no customizing).- A high level of English and Spanish are essential.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?- A full benefits package with bonus program.- Company located in the northern area of Madrid, offering a shuttle bus service from Plaza Castilla.- On‑site parking available for employees.- Two days of remote work per week.- Flexible working hours.
