Fluidra is looking for an HR Data Analytics Trainee to join our HR team in Sant Cugat. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on data experience and building a foundation for future roles in HR Business Partnering, People Analytics, or HR Operations.
\n
As a proactive and analytical HR Data Analytics Intern, you will support both the data and strategic sides of the HR function. Your work will combine data gathering, analysis, and insight creation with exposure to HR Business Partnering activities.

Key Responsibilities
\n
HR Data Analysis & Reporting
\n
Collect, consolidate, and clean data from various HR and business systems (e.g., HRIS, Finance, Talent, Engagement platforms).
\n
Build dashboards and recurring reports that track headcount, organizational changes, overtime, turnover, overheads, and talent indicators.
\n
Support predictive and scenario analyses for transformation, restructuring, or workforce planning initiatives.
\n
Ensure data quality and integrity across sources.
\n
HRBP Support & People Strategy
\n
Assist HRBPs with workforce planning, recruitment follow‑up, performance cycle preparations, and talent management activities.
\n
Contribute to the preparation of business reviews, org updates, and people‑related presentations for leadership.
\n
Participate in meetings with HRBPs and business leaders to understand context and support decision‑making.
\n
Insights & Recommendations
\n
Translate data into meaningful insights for HRBPs, leaders, and cross‑functional partners.
\n
Identify emerging trends in workforce, organizational, and financial data that could impact business decisions.
\n
Support storytelling with data by creating compelling visuals, summaries, and recommendations.
\n
Tools & Continuous Improvement
\n
Use Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools to improve data accessibility for HRBPs and leaders.
\n
Help automate manual reports and standardize analytics processes.
\n
Suggest enhancements to systems, dashboards, and workflows to improve efficiency.
\n
What We Seek
\n
Degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. Finalised degree is a must for this type of internship labour contract. If you haven’t finished your degree, you can apply for a scholarship through an agreement with the university.
\n
Requirement to make an internship contract: not having previously done internships with contracts 420 and 520 (this can be seen by downloading the work history on the internet).
\n
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
\n
Comfortable analysing large datasets and identifying patterns.
\n
Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, performance, talent, organisational design) is preferred.
\n
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
\n
Excellent communication: capable of turning complex data into clear messages.
\n
Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities.
\n
Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about both HR and analytics.
\n
English and Spanish at proficiency level.
\n
