Position Summary
The Content Marketing Manager supports the Head of Content Marketing by overseeing daily content initiatives. This hands-on role ensures the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms, aligned with broader marketing goals.
Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, this role manages content workflows, oversees freelance writers and editors, and maintains brand standards. The manager ensures content drives traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition, requiring strong organizational skills, collaboration, and a passion for impactful content.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Content Production & Management
* Collaborate with the Head of Content Marketing to execute content strategies.
* Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
* Oversee freelance writers and editors, providing clear briefs and ensuring brand consistency.
* Review and edit content for quality and accuracy.
1. SEO / LLMO Optimization
* Work with SEO specialists to optimize content for search visibility and rankings.
* Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and inform strategy.
* Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and scale content production.
* Experiment with new content formats and workflows to foster innovation.
* Coordinate with other marketing teams to align content with campaigns.
* Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
Requirements & Qualifications
* 3+ years in content marketing with proven workflow management success.
* Strong knowledge of SEO and analytics tools.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
* Experience in video or multimedia content production.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization.
* Curiosity or experience with agile marketing methodologies.
Working Conditions & Shift Pattern
* Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility for campaign launches or urgent projects.
