The Impact You’ll Make
- Digital Partner: Act as the primary support for Dutch-speaking SMBs, guiding them through advertising tools and account strategies via phone, email, and chat.
- Problem Solver: Identify client needs and provide effective, high‑quality solutions to improve their advertising experience.
- Product Insights: Share direct feedback from the market to help Meta improve its tools and services for businesses worldwide.
Candidate Profile
- Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1–C2) and a good command of English (B2+).
- Mindset: You are customer‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and have a genuine interest in the world of digital marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast‑paced environment.
