Sales Specialist (Admissions) – Premium Recovery & Wellness

Company: Sea Recovery Center

Marbella / Sotogrande, Spain

This is not a typical sales job.

You won’t be pushing products.

You’ll be guiding people through some of the most important decisions of their lives.

We work with high-net-worth individuals and families seeking discreet, world-class support for addiction recovery, burnout, and mental health.

Your role: build trust fast, understand deeply, and convert with integrity.

What You’ll Actually Do

* Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, referrals) — no cold calling
* Lead high-quality consultations with clients and families in sensitive situations
* Identify needs and design tailored recovery solutions
* Convert qualified leads into admissions (consultative, not aggressive)
* Coordinate with internal team and external medical partners
* Build relationships with referral sources (clinics, therapists, family offices, concierges)

Who This Role Is For

You’re likely a strong fit if:

* You have real sales experience (and can prove conversion, not just activity)
* You’re comfortable speaking with HNWI / UHNWI clients
* You combine empathy + commercial instinct (rare, but critical here)
* You stay calm in emotional, high-stakes conversations
* You understand that trust closes deals—not pressure

Big Advantage If You Have

* Background in rehab, mental health, or wellness
* Experience in luxury services or private client environments
* Languages: English (must), Spanish (strong plus)
