✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design roles, with a strong focus on mobile platforms (iOS & Android)
* Proven experience working with or building design systems in Figma (components, tokens, documentation)
* Solid knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines (Apple) and Material Design (Google)
* Familiarity with front-end development principles and technologies (especially React Native, SwiftUI, or Jetpack Compose)
* Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders in agile teams
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain design rationale to both tech and non-tech audiences
* Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
