Responsibilities
* Preparar la documentación previa al chek-in y check-out de clientes y realización del mismo.
* Cuidar el buen estado de limpieza y orden de mobiliario e instalaciones de recepción.
* Dar atención telefónica de clientes y llamadas externas.
* Cambiar divisas.
* Coordinarse con cocina y comedor.
* Proporcionar al cliente información y atender sus reclamaciones.
Qualifications
* Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo.
* Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
* Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable segundo idioma.
* Se valorarán conocimientos en: Ofimática, programas de reservas.
* Capacidad de adaptación.
* Trabajo en equipo.
* Orientación al cliente.
* Habilidades comunicativas.
* Resolución de problemas.
