About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Manager professional to incorporate into our Sales Department. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technical sales with a structured career path for growth.
Key Responsabilities:
* Support Area Sales Managers in proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
* Build and maintain client interactions, progressing to full portfolio management.
* Prospecting new clients and qualifying leads.
* Provide product and sales training to distributors
* Work with Salesforce (CRM) to manage and update customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.
* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor ́s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related scientific field.
* High level of English (C1 written and spoken) is a plus..
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
* Strong interest in sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with Senior sales team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive and eager to learn.
